Match 1: Kelly Kelly & Kofi Kingston vs. Santino Marella & Layla El We're live in Tucson, and we kick off with mixed tag team action. Now, Santino was on the losing end of a tag match last night on Raw. Maria & Carlito are nowhere to be found, which might work to his benefit. Then again, it might not. Tazz warbles a line from J. Geils Band's 1981 hit, "Centerfold", as Joey brings up Maria's Playboy layout. Santino tried to copy Layla's entrance for comic effect, and acted like he pulled a hamstring. Layla chooses not to lock up with Kelly at first, tagging out to Marella. Kelly doesn't understand why, but Kofi does, and seconds later, they hit a double dropkick on Marella. Marella hit a stun gun on the top rope on Kofi, but wasted the advantage by tagging back out to Layla. The '06 Diva Search winner decided she wanted a piece of Kingston, only to be met with a lariat from Kelly. It went downhill from there for Layla. Kelly hit a cross-body block off the top for 2, and moments later, nailed her version of the Fameasser. Ballgame over. Winners: Kelly Kelly & Kofi Kingston.

Maria's Playboy photo shoot is replayed, and will no doubt be shown again on Smackdown.

Match 2: Stevie Richards vs. Mike Knox Knox gets no entrance, even though he basically has the home field (he's from Phoenix, but doesn't get the home town mentioned in his introduction by Tony Chimel). Not a good sign. Knox, however, is much the aggressor from the go, working on the oft-repaired throat & neck of Richards, even hitting a stun gun for a 2. However, Knox can't close the deal, leaving a door open for Richards to mount a comeback. Richards hits a superkick, then goes for the Stevie-T, only to be rammed into the corner. Knox, however, misses a splash, and Richards hits 2 of them before landing the Stevie-T. Richards is still selling the throat after the match. Winner: Stevie Richards.

Tommy Dreamer & Colin Delaney are backstage, and Colin no longer has the bandages on his ribs. Tommy's giving him a pep talk, pumping up the rookie. Colin has but one question. If he becomes a champion, will he finally get his own entrance theme? Innocent question, but the look Dreamer gives him suggests something else......

Raw Rebound: Vince McMahon confronts JBL, and learns that Hornswoggle isn't his kid after all. He should be relieved, at the very least, but JBL implies that Shane & Steph, along with Linda, were in on the ruse along with Finlay.

Match 3: John Morrison & Mike Mizanin vs. Tommy Dreamer & Colin Delaney (non-title) The tag champs aren't putting up the titles, but then, they don't have any credible challengers left, it seems, unless Delaney can finally find the winner's circle. Dreamer & Miz start. Delaney tags himself in, and despite a slingshot senton and a couple of dropkicks, netting a couple of near-falls, Delaney becomes the face-in-peril. What a shock, eh? The champs, however, can't put Delaney away this time, and Delaney makes the hot tag to Dreamer. He plants Miz in the tree of woe and hits the baseball slide dropkick, then nails an inverted DDT. He picks up Morrison trying to break up the pin, and wipes out the former ECW champ. Miz regains the advantage, albeit briefly, as Dreamer rams Miz into Delaney, who just leans into the collision, and falls back on the apron. One Evenflow DDT later, and it's over. Winners: Tommy Dreamer & Colin Delaney.

Members of the Chicago White Sox, who train in Tucson these days, are in the house.

Press conference footage is shown again. Some of this was also shown on ESPN's "Jim Rome Is Burning" earlier today, and they included the crowd booing Floyd Mayweather, Jr.. The spin doctors in WWE Uncreative have a job on their hands trying to get the right response. Didn't they learn anything from TNA's experiment with Pacman Jones last year?

In case you wonder why Lena Yada didn't accompany her new friend Layla earlier, she's back to being a backstage reporter. She finds Miz & Morrison arguing over the loss, and reports that it's being rumored that they may have to defend vs. Dreamer & Delaney next week. Miz equates the new challengers' chances to that of Mayweather vs. Big Show, suggesting they have no shot.

Match 4: CM Punk vs. Elijah Burke vs. Shelton Benjamin (#1 contender's match--winner to face Chavo Guerrero next week for the ECW title) Chavo joins the announcers for commentary. At first, it looks like Burke & Benjamin will ally against Punk, but Shelton promptly deposits Burke on the floor with a crescent kick to the head. Burke gives Benjamin a receipt by low-bridging him over the top, so he can take his shots. Plenty of near-falls all over the place. Benjamin hit his finisher way too early, and got 2 before Burke forced him to the floor, and they briefly brawled on the floor before the break. Back from commercial, and Burke is in there with Punk. Chavo said he'd prefer facing Burke, whom he's never met, and slyly referenced his past history with Benjamin back in the day on Smackdown. Burke hit the Outer Limitz, but got caught up in his own ego and played to the crowd rather than follow up. Benjamin had the move of the match, vaulting over Burke to hit a sunset flip into a power bomb on the floor on Punk. "Shelton is the man!", Tazz declared. Moments later, Benjamin leaped to the top and threw Burke halfway to Phoenix, which elicited an "Are you kidding me?" from Joey.

However, the end result was the same old story. Burke gets rid of Benjamin, but falls prey to Go To Sleep. Winner: CM Punk.

The show ends with a stare down between Guerrero & Punk.
