Final Battle is easily Ring of Honor's headline event each year. Available on both traditional pay-per-view and iPPV, the show is the company's Wrestlemania.
If you've been watching Ring of Honor TV, this program is substantially more loaded than anything you've seen on the program of late. Names like Alex Shelley, Young Bucks, Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian are all being brought in for the show.
Jay Briscoe will defend his RoH World Championship against Adam Cole, who has unveiled a new attitude since losing the title. With several competitors chomping at the bit for the next shot at Briscoe's title, it's do or die time for Cole in this "Fight without Honor." It's worth noting that only Briscoe and Austin Aries have ever held the RoH World Title twice.
Television Jay Lethal has had a roller coaster win-loss record over the last few months, but will have to get back on track if he's going to successfully defend against WWE veteran Matt Sydal. Sydal has added a spark to Ring of Honor and quickly inserted himself into the television title picture. Lethal with have Truth Martini and J.Diesel at ringside, so Sydal will have to keep his eyes peeled.
The RoH World Tag Team Championship is on the line in a match that could steal the show. The team of Alex Shelley and KUSHIDA will take on champions reDRragon, in a contest that Fish & O'Reilly are heavy favored to win.
Elsewhere on the card Moose will take on former partner RD Evans, the unpredictable "Unbreakable" Michael Elgin faces Tommaso Ciampa, and Decade implodes as Roderick Strong faces Adam Page. Also, Hanson, Caprice Coleman, Jimmy Jacobs and Mark Briscoe will compete in a four corners match, and Cedric Alexander, Frankie Kazarian, & Christopher Danielvs will take on ACH & the Young Bucks.
