Detailed Results
Just 2 matches on this week's card. Two things of interest. One, Josh Mathews is back after a week off, and, two, the subtitle "Redemption" appears to be history.

Matt Striker & William Regal open in the ring. Regal reports that there will be some new faces coming in to NXT in the coming weeks.

Johnny Curtis & Maxine, the latter looking pretty fly this week in a nice spring dress instead of her leather & fishnets ensemble, come out next, and complain. Funny bit with Curtis & Maxine trying to enter the ring while handcuffed to each other. Maxine falls down on the mat, as Curtis steps through the ropes pretty easily. Funny indeed. JTG is next, and he's been trying to contact Regal to no avail. Regal puts Curtis & JTG together as a team. Tyson Kidd & Alex Riley provide the opposition.......

1. Johnny Curtis & JTG (w/Maxine) vs. Tyson Kidd & Alex Riley.

Very good match given plenty of time. Riley took the heat and suffered the indignity of having one of his own moves used against him as JTG hit a faceplant off the turnbuckles (Riley's A-Bomb) for 2. Riley comes back against Curtis, and makes the hot tag to Kidd whilst JTG returns. Kidd hit a springboard double lariat on the floor, using Riley as a launchpad, onto Curtis & JTG. Back in the ring, Kidd avoids a schoolboy pin attempt and locks on his new finisher, the Dungeon Lock, a combination of the Sharpshooter and Hell's Gate, kicking JTG repeated on the head until "Brooklyn's Finest" taps. Winners: Alex Riley & JTG.

Michael McGillicutty is backstage talking smack at his opponent, Percy Watson. He's trying to convince Percy it wasn't him who attacked Watson pre-match last week, but Percy ain't buying.....

Recap of the Brock Lesnar saga.

Alicia Fox tries to give JTG some advice, promising him a makeover, since his look is so 1998, and leading him to a championship. Well, one of two isn't bad, and she'll give Jay a week to decide. Curt Hawkins & Tyler Reks are at ringside with tickets and anti-Regal signs, but are tossed. Kaitlyn & Derrick Bateman are walking and discussing Bateman's appearance on Smackdown when they find Riley's been ambushed. A set of tassels from one of Watson's boots are on the floor. Uh-oh........

2. Percy Watson vs. Michael McGillicutty.

Watson is selling his own knee injury from last week, so that makes the whole angle ridiculous right off the bat. Watson has a late flurry that goes awry when the knee gives out, and can't even execute his version of the F5 for the same reason. McGillicutty capitalizes with a 1-handed McGillicutter for the win. Winner: Michael McGillicutty.

Post-match, Matt returns with the tassels, and, of course, Regal informs Percy that security needs to see him. McGillicutty is enjoying this a wee bit too much. See what I mean about this angle being DOA......?
