1. Will Ferrara submitted Cheeseburger.
2. Silas Young def. Chase Brown.
3. Search & Destroy def. Bullet Club.
Former TV champ Marty Scurll fills in for Colt Cabana this week as we're in Atlanta.
Bully Ray opens. At Death Before Dishonor on 9/22, he & the Briscoes will face the Kingdom, since it was TK O'Ryan who interfered last week, and cost them a match against Bullet Club. The winners then face Bullet Club for the 6-man titles later in the evening. Any way you slice it, the Young Bucks are in 2 title matches, as they also defend the world tag titles against the Motor City Machine Guns. Ray puts over Atlanta and the ROH locker room. Who'd ever think he'd be full of positivity when the Briscoes are threatening to implode around him?
1. Will Ferrara vs. Cheeseburger.
They ran a video package detailing how we got to this point. Scurll is openly cheering for Ferrara, more so than any heel analyst has a right to. Maybe he's trying to recruit Ferrara to Bullet Club, which doesn't need anyone else? Great match, best on the show. Every time Ferrara thought he had the match won, 'Burger would kick out. Shotei gets just 2. Coup de Grace gets 2. Ferrara won with a modified cobra clutch submission.
Winner: Will Ferrara.
Post-match, Ferrara reapplied the hold, and refused to break it. Rhett Titus came down. To the shock of no one, he & Ferrara doubled on 'Burger.
Coleman's Pulpit looks like low-rent. Be real, Rev. Coleman.
2. Silas Young (w/Beer City Bruiser) vs. Chase Brown.
Squash. Bruiser was the victim of an injury angle with Jay Lethal last week, and is walking with a cane. Brown had 0 chance, and Young won quickly with Misery.
Winner: Silas Young.
Again, the attack resumed after the bell, but Lethal came down and chased Young & Bruiser away. Lethal then cut a promo.
Matt Sells is the new backstage reporter, and interviews Cody, who's gone schizo. Forces Sells to kiss his new ROH ring. After the break, Cody attacks Dalton Castle in a pre-recorded segment as the Young Bucks and Guerrilas of Destiny are headed to the ring.
3. Bullet Club (Young Bucks & Guerrilas of Destiny) vs. Search & Destroy (Motor City Machine Guns, Jay White, & Jonathan Gresham).
Decent, but not great. Just what we didn't need, another Bullet Club main event. That's getting old and boring. Of course there was a superkick party, but it didn't help the Bucks. The Jacksons did a double sharpshooter spot where they were ready to 2 Sweet themselves when that was broken up. Next thing ya know, Chris Sabin rolls up Matt Jackson, and we're done.
Winners: Search & Destroy.
